Message the editors
A correction, a dispute with something we have published, or a request for a guide we have not written yet — email [email protected]. A named editor reads every message and we reply on working days.
Two things we cannot help with. We are not Pocket Option and we have no access to any trading account, so we cannot check a balance, chase a withdrawal, reset a password or release a bonus — all of that goes to the operator’s own support. And we give no individual investment, tax or legal advice; for tax, speak to a qualified accountant or work from HMRC guidance. We publish no rate, threshold, deadline or form number, deliberately.
We will not help anyone past a geographic or identity restriction. The operator’s published notice names the UK among the countries it does not serve, and we will not suggest ways around that — not a method, not a tool, not a form of words for the country field. Documents that misstate identity or residence are fraud, and we will not discuss them as an option.
A note on the two FCA pages people write to us about. We can tell you that the FCA prohibits the sale, marketing and distribution of binary options to retail consumers, and that the Financial Services Register and the Warning List are both public and searchable. We cannot tell you that this brand appears on either — or that it does not. If you have documentation that settles it, that is exactly the sort of message we want.
If your message is time-sensitive, send the page address and the specific point you believe is wrong. Documented corrections go to the front of the queue, and we credit readers who catch a real error whenever they want the credit.
